If you are having an emergency or trying to get a same day appointment DO NOT use the Request An Appointment option as it will not be seen instantly and may cause delay in your pet receiving care.
New Clients: Please provide your address and information about your pet such as name, age, gender, breed, and color. Please also fully detail the reason for the appointment ie: vaccines, medical or surgical. Also please send any records in advance of previous vaccines or medical care, they can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 336-217-8709.
When requesting an appointment, please keep in mind it is not confirmed until we contact you and send a confirmation email. Also we cannot respond on days we are closed.

A copy of your current rabies certificate or vet record (not tag) is required OR a one year rabies vaccine will be given per state law.
Please note that due to a severe increase of no shows, lateness, last minute cancellations and reschedules, there will be fees assessed, and repeat offenders may be inactivated.
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
We accept ScratchPay and Care Credit. You apply for ScratchPay and Care Credit on their websites. Please note: we do not accept these for boarding, grooming, or services under $100.

When ordering online, please provide the owner name the pet is under (especially if another person is purchasing) and Client ID number on your invoice and emails.
Also remember to update your pet's weight after each visit and order the correct sized product to avoid delays.

Annual exams and/or tests are required for prescription medications.
